The app stores the following data locally on your device to enable its core functionality:

• - User-entered data: meals, calories, macronutrients, weight, and activity logs.
• - Health data (if you grant permission): calories burned, workouts, and other metrics from Apple Health.
• - Subscription status: whether you have an active subscription (retrieved from Apple's system).
• - App usage data: such as progress toward challenges — stored on device only.

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of this data on external servers. All personal and health-related information remains fully on your device.

2. Telemetry and Analytics

No use of telemetry.

3. HealthKit and Apple Health

Our App integrates with Apple Health through HealthKit to read and write data such as:

• - Calories burned
• - Workouts and steps

Health data is only accessed with your explicit consent and is stored locally on your device. We do not share or transmit this data to external servers.

4. In-App Purchases

We offer optional subscriptions to unlock advanced features. Purchases are handled securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

5. Your Rights

Because your data is stored locally, you retain full control over it. You can delete the app at any time to remove all stored information.

If you use Apple Health, you can manage access permissions via: iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > FORMA.
